This is a short term and seasonal rental. It's available by the week or with a maximum of a thirty day lease period. Contact me if you are interested in a week, the entire summer season or a long weekend during off season. Winter rental is available from November to May.

• $26,000 monthly (July or August)

• $4,500 per month November - May + $200 cleaning fee

 (There is a $1,000 refundable deposit regardless of length of stay)

• 4 Beach Chairs + umbrella

• Gas Bar-B-Que

• Off Street Parking (one large and one small car)

• One well behaved dog  allowed
